About Us

State President Levi Golden and Senior State President Rhonda Rigaud

Support Florida Society Children of the American Revolution

2026-2027 F.S.C.A.R. State Project "Motivate Others Via Example M.O.V.E."

 2026–2027 State Presidents Theme:

M.O.V.E. Motivate Others Via Example.

Leadership is not just about what we say—it’s about what we do.

This year, F.S.C.A.R.’s theme is M.O.V.E. – Motivate Others Via Example. The theme M.O.V.E. encourages C.A.R. members to lead through action by staying active, working together, and serving others. This theme promotes leadership, healthy habits, and meaningful service while supporting the mission of the Children of the American Revolution.

2026-2027 State President Project:

Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch Memorial Park

This year’s Florida State Presidential project aims to raise $5,000 to support the Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch Memorial Park.

The Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch provides veterans with a place to heal, rebuild, and rediscover their strength after life-changing injuries. Through adaptive sports, recreation, and a strong sense of community, veterans are empowered to move forward with hope, purpose, and connection.

Their Memorial Park project honors veterans who have served our country and reflects their resilience, perseverance, and patriotism. It’s more than a park—it’s a place where warriors and their families find strength together.

The M.O.V.E. theme and the Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch Memorial Park project provide an opportunity for C.A.R. members across Florida to stay active, serve others, honor veterans, and lead by example while strengthening the mission and values of the Children of the American Revolution

How You Can Get Involved:

C.A.R. members across Florida can support this project by:

  • Participating in fitness challenges and sports activities
  • Hosting fundraisers and service projects
  • Working together within their societies to stay active and engaged

When members take action, they bring the M.O.V.E. theme to life.

2026–2027 State Presidents Membership Campaign.

T.E.A.M. – Together-Empowering-Active-Membership

This year, the Florida State C.A.R. President encourages every member to be part of T.E.A.M. Together-Empowering-Active-Membership. By working together, empowering one another, and staying actively involved, we can grow our societies and increase Florida’s impact in promoting the goals of C.A.R. Prompting American history, honoring those who serve, encouraging patriotism, and developing future leaders.

2026-2027 N.S.C.A.R. National Project "Liberty's Legacy"

Each year, the National President  creates a National Project and Theme in support of educational programs.  Led by the National President and Senior National President, the  National Officers, State Presidents, and National Chairmen promote the  project and theme throughout the country.

National President Will Elston

Senior National President Jamie Burchfield

National Theme:  Liberty's Legacy

This year's National Project will support the National Park Service and the N.S.C.A.R. Operating Fund.

Funds raised throughout the year, with a goal of at least $50,000, will go towards creating interpretive panels that recognize the contribution of children during the American Revolution, which will be placed at Historic Yorktown.  An additional goal of $10,000 will go towards the N.S.C.A.R. Operating Fund, supporting the general operations of the National Society for use as needed.

"Two hundred and fifty years ago, young boys and girls played a quiet but powerful role in the fight for American independence.  This year, we will be celebrating their legacy while also celebrating the 250th anniversary of America!"

Will Elston

National President, N.S.C.A.R., 2026-2027
